These metallic lustres create a beautiful sheen and iridescence when fired onto glass. I am drawn to their ethereal quality and how they emulate the flow of water across the surface. Lustres are applied on a second firing at a much lower temperature. The surface pattern is delicate and care must be taken not to use glass cleaners or polish the surface.
